GEM CULTURE creates safe spaces and mentorship for teenage girls ages 13–18.

We’re seeking people who want to contribute their skills while learning and helping strengthen our organization. Our current opportunities focus on nonprofit operations, communications, fundraising, and preparation for future programming.

These opportunities are unpaid. Completing this form expresses your interest. We’ll follow up to discuss a potential fit, your learning goals, and next steps. Academic credit requires approval from your school.
