Last night, we connected in

a connection space.

We focused on what we wanted to release so that we may shift our focus onto other things, and onto newer versions of ourselves worth giving attention to. We remembered that we actually have the tools and the actionable steps necessary to move through tough spaces and to let go of what no longer serves us.

May we show up to the assignment with grace and as a lighter, more confident and self-assured/validated version of ourselves.
