In our ongoing celebration of Heritage and Changemaker Month, GEM CULTURE is proud to spotlight Fredlynn P., a dedicated educator and community leader. With over ten years of service in Miami Dade County Public Schools, Fredlynn now works as a Transition Specialist, guiding high school seniors through their transition into adulthood.

Beyond her work in education, Fredlynn is a multifaceted entrepreneur. As the owner of Pepe Sauce, she introduces new and exciting Caribbean flavors to food enthusiasts. Additionally, she serves the community as a licensed real estate agent, helping individuals find their dream homes, empowering them through education and guiding them towards building sustainable wealth.

Fredlynn's commitment extends to her spiritual journey and service in her church. Through her company, Le Pericles LLC, she hosts Vision Board parties, empowering others to be intentional about their life's journey and vision.

She fully believes in our vision of becoming the leading state-of-the-art youth organization. As a member of our GEM Board of Directors, Fredlynn embodies what it means to be apart of our culture and aligns with GEM CULTURE's mission to create safe spaces and mentorship for teenage girls and young women, making her a true changemaker in our community.
