As we close out February and welcome in the month of March, we reflect on the meaningful journey of Heritage and Changemaker Month. From our Founder and Chief Executive GEM, RIMIDI, to the dedicated members like Sey Milan, Monica G., Fredlynn P., "The Secret Sauce," Kersti Myles, Joquetta “Queen Joey” Griffin Batista, and Greta Marshall, these women have paved the way for a brighter future.

As we step into March, we embrace GEM Herstory Month with open hearts and minds. This month is dedicated to honoring the past and present leaders and influencers who have shaped GEM CULTURE into the state-of-the-art youth organization it is today. We celebrate the contributions of all the women who have played a pivotal role in our journey, whether they are still with us or have moved on. Their impact continues to resonate, inspiring the next generation of changemakers.
