Miramar, FL - Dreamcatchers for the Soul Foundation, Inc. is excited to invite you to our 11th Annual Children of the Lotus Back to School Retreat on August 3, 2024, at the Miramar Multi-Complex Center.
This retreat isn't just about preparing for the new school year—it's about empowering our youth and their families with the tools they need for mental and physical well-being. Under this year's theme, "I AM POWERFUL," we're offering a range of enriching experiences aimed at building self-confidence, self-esteem, resilience, and leadership skills in children and teens aged 5 to 18.
Event Highlights:
Trauma-Responsive Mindfulness Workshops: Led by certified facilitators, these workshops will help attendees manage stress, anxiety, and depression.
Holistic Services for Parents: Enjoy free massages, sound bowl therapy, and Reiki healing sessions.
Licensed Therapists on Site: Providing comprehensive mental health support for youth, teens, and parents.
