Miami, FL – GEM CULTURE is proud to announce the start of its 2025 programming year, kicking off with our signature programs, GEM SESSIONS, GEM ALUMNI, and the GEM LEADERSHIP TRIBE, a two-month leadership development internship running from April through the first week of June 2025.

The theme for this year is KNOW THYSELF, emphasizing personal growth and self-discovery. Through deep reflection, introspection, time in nature, meaningful field experiences, and transformative mentorship, our programming is designed to create safe spaces where teenage girls, young women, and gender-expansive youth can develop into empowered individuals. These experiences, guided by our GEM MENTORS and Guest GEM Mentors, will enhance participants' connection to themselves, their purpose, and the world around them.

This year, we are excited to announce our first fundraiser of 2025, "Will You Be GEM CULTURE'S Valentine," which kicks off on February 1, 2025. This campaign will raise vital funds to support our programs, ensuring we continue to empower girls who power the world.
