A FULL MOON LOVE NOTE!
Dear GEM Community,
The moon is full — a reminder from nature that even in cycles, we rise.
While you don’t have to follow astrology to feel the energy of a full moon, moments like these invite us to pause, reflect, and realign with what really matters.
Here are a few simple, soulful things you can do tonight or this week to honor yourself, your healing, and your growth:
🌕 Light a candle. Set a quiet intention or simply say thank you for how far you’ve come.
🧘🏽♀️ Stretch or breathe. Even 5 minutes of deep breathing or movement can create space in your body and mind.
📝 Write it out. Release something on paper that you’re ready to let go of — a habit, a thought, a fear. You don’t have to fix it all, just name it.
🧂 Take a salt bath or foot soak. Cleanse your energy. Water helps us reset.
💬 Talk to someone you trust. Sometimes the village is the medicine. Let yourself be heard.
Whether you’re a mama, mentor, artist, healer, and/or simply someone on the path — we want you to know:
You are part of our community. And we value you.
Take what you need. Leave what you don’t.
But most of all, keep showing up for yourself — even if it’s in the smallest of ways.
